1. الخدمة
Tarbiyah provides educational parenting guidance, AI-assisted answers, and family tracking tools. It is not medical, legal, or fatwa-grade religious advice. Consult qualified professionals or scholars when needed; you are responsible for your own decisions.
2. الحسابات
قدّم معلومات دقيقة وأمّن حسابك. يُمنع الإساءة أو الوصول غير المصرّح أو التدخل في استخدام الآخرين.
3. الاستخدام المقبول
يُمنع الاستخدام لأغراض غير قانونية أو نشر برمجيات خبيثة أو استخراج بيانات أو إرهاق الأنظمة أو الهندسة العكسية إلا حيث يسمح القانون.
4. إخلاء المسؤولية
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee accuracy, availability, or outcomes of guidance, AI responses, or tracked progress.
5. حدود المسؤولية
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tarbiyah and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits or data.
6. التغييرات
قد نعدّل الشروط أو الخدمة. الاستمرار بعد التعديلات قد يُعد موافقة حيث يسمح القانون.
